Hermit Park Bus Service takes great pride in our long history of customer satisfaction. Having received hundreds of letters of praise over the years, we have noted her a few extracts.

I am writing to thank you for the services provided to the Iwaki City delegation to Townsville recently.

Your bus driver was a big hit with the Iwaki delegation and he helped to ensure that the delegation's visit was most enjoyable.

Remember the camp to Crystal Creek, the last group, well we just want to say Thank You. None of your passenger got sick, and you drove smoothly and safety. Your commentating was really great because you told us when we went past industries and creeks, rivers, roadworks, farms and hills. We hope we get you for a camp another time.

I am writing this letter to express my appreciation of the service provided to the Kirwan High Music Department by the Hermit Park Bus Service. Our recent tour to Brisbane was an enormous success and we owe much of this to your driver. The drivers contribution to our trip was overwhelming and far exceeded this responsibility as driver. His friendly nature enabled him to maintain an excellent rapport with students to the degree that on our trips he became a member of the Kirwan High staff.

Recently we hired one of your buses for a field trop which involved a tour of Townsville's suburbs. I am writing to let you know how pleasant and helpful the bus driver was. He tool us promptly to each suburb, despite my somewhat garbled instructions. He was quickly able to gain an understanding of the features on which our trip was focusing.

He added to my commentary by pointing our interesting features i may, otherwise, have missed. The driver went out of his way to take us to areas requested despite sharp turns and winding roads. No request was too much trouble for him. When i was uncertain about which suburb would best show a rural-residential area, he was able to take us toe exactly the area i was envisaging.

The driver timing was impeccable. We had to be back at school at 2.50 and we were. He was very good with the students and contributed very effectively to the discipline on the bus. This driver became part of our trip, instead of remaining a separate entity only there to driver the bus.

This is just a quick letter of appreciation for your assistance in making my year camp to Airlie Beach a successful venture. The kids had a wonderful time, and i would like to pass on my thanks to our two drivers. They were extremely co-operative, friendly and supportive of what we were trying to achieve. in addition, their interactions with the students were positive, friendly, yet firm. They did a wonderful job.

We would like to say thank you to Hermit Park Bus Service. On Wednesday, January 28, our children caught the bus to and from school for the first time. As they had never caught the bus before they experience some confusion when returning home. Our eldest stayed on the bus and proceeded on a journey into town.

Hermit Park Bus Service promptly contacted us and advised that was was OK and no to panic as they would bring her back home on the return trop in about an hour. On other two children were new alarmingly late. My wife contacted Hermit Park buses to inquire if they knew where their bus would be. They promptly contacted their drivers and found the girls. They too had not got off the bus.

As my wife drove up behind the bus, the driver was turing around to return the girls to their designated stop. My wife discussed the stops with the drivers and they assured the girls that they would be picked up and dropped off each day at the correct stops.

Since they my girls have happily caught the bus to and from school each day without a hitch. Thank you to the staff at Hermit Park Bus Service for making what could have been a really bad experience a good learning experience. My children are now confident to catch the bus and we are confident they they are safe to do so.
