2010
School Bus Passes
All 2010
School Bus Passes will be mailed out to families in the week prior
to the commencement of school. Any child who holds a current pass
at the end of the 2009 school year will be automatically sent a
2010 pass.
You will
only need to fill out 2010 forms if your student...
- has
changed address, school or travel frequency
- is
entering High School or Primary School or Prep for the first
time
- is
repeating a grade
- did
not have a bus pass in 2009
Please
Note: Safety Net renewal forms will no longer be sent out.
Hermit Park Bus Service will get a list of all the eligible roll
over students. We are hoping that these passes will be sent out as
soon as possible.
Parents:
2009 Safety-net Bus Passes (yellow)
will be valid for the first two weeks of travel in the 2010
year.
If your
student falls into one of the above categories, please contact
us so that we can mail you out new application forms, or you
can download the forms and print them out. You will need to fill
out one QLD Transport form per family and one HPBS form per child,
and mail them to;
